When it comes to going green in the world of wine, Paul Dolan is easily California’s most passionate producer. Referred to as “the King of Green” Paul farms 100% sustainably in Mendocino County, with much of his production certified as organic and bio-dynamic. After spending over 25 years at Fetzer as President, where he transformed the whole process of winemaking, Dolan also has worked with Mendocino’s other staple organic winery Parducci. The wine brand Paul Dolan, which was first released in 2006, is a place to show off his family’s organic and biodyanamic grapes from Dark Horse Ranch.
