All orders containing Beer, Wine, or Liquor require a signature of an adult 21 years or older. The carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. We will send you a ship confirmation and you may want to let your gift recipient know to expect a package so they can make arrangements for a signature. The customer will be responsible for any packages returned and the cost to reship. We strongly recommend shipping alcohol and wine orders to a business address to avoid delivery issues.

- Wine products listed on this site are sold and/or delivered by WC South Plainfield LLC, and orders for such products are subject to their or their designated vendors' acceptance.
- All terms and conditions of sale, depending on the product purchased or the state in which the product is delivered to, are established by WC South Plainfield LLC and are binding on the purchaser.
- Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from WC South Plainfield to the purchaser in the State of New Jersey and the purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from New Jersey to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation WC South Plainfield is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from WC South Plainfield, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of alcoholic beverages.
- The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of alcohol and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
- If your order is shipping outside of New Jersey, then there is NO sales tax charged. If your order is shipping within New Jersey, there will be a 7% tax charge applied to your order automatically.
